This is a rare opportunity for an experienced senior leader to take an instrumental role in shaping quality primary provision across UCAT. They will also be working with the Principals in UCAT's other two primary academies to develop UCAT's school improvement programme for Primary and lead the implementation. They will foster links with local teaching school alliances for support and play a key role in the UCAT leadership team to create and develop a self-improving system across UCAT academies.
