Salary – £41,207.00 – (Annual pay increase April 2024 pending)

Full time 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday

Due to the exciting growth in our college numbers, we are seeking to appoint an Experienced and qualified Leader as our new-Assistant Principal to work within our growing college. 

The successful candidate will be an experienced leader. You will have proven experience of shaping the future in a school or college setting. You will have current experience of leading a large team of staff and managing significant areas of responsibility and accountability within a busy and challenging education setting.

The successful candidate must have:

A proven track record of leading and supporting the delivery of strong academic and pastoral excellence, along with a passion for and commitment to making a difference to young people and communities.

Significant experience of supporting the delivery of change projects and implementing development plans to ensure achievement of college improvement priorities. Experience of raising the quality of teaching and learning to improve student progress and achievement within the college.

We are a growing college, consequently we are looking for someone with recognised leadership skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, with substantial experience of building positive relationships with students, staff, parents, and other stakeholders. The successful candidate will enjoy visible leadership and will be dedicated to supporting the best life chances for all young people. 

In addition, where required, you will be required to teach.

Residential services for adults, either living in accommodation at our 165 acres in Warford or in one of our houses in a local town or village in Cheshire.
