Experienced Upper KS 2 Teacher with TLR (responsibility for Literacy in KS2)

About the role:

We wish to appoint an outstanding classroom teacher preferably with experience of Upper KS 2 and Yr 6 SAT's who is ready to take on a pivotal role within our school. To be successful, you would have an excellent subject knowledge in Literacy and be able to lead and drive standards in this area across KS 2.

Personal Qualities and Expertise:

• Must clearly have the confidence to rigorously monitor and challenge, as well as motivate and support staff within the teaching of Literacy in KS 2.
• Can demonstrate exceptional teaching and subject knowledge, as well as a clear passion for this area of the curriculum.
• Is self motivated, thrives on responsibility and can clearly demonstrate own initiative to develop this area of the curriculum.
• Can demonstrate the ability to analyse data and performance in Reading and Writing across KS 2 and vulnerable groups.
