We are looking to appoint a teacher with a passion for developing, supporting and challenging children’s learning. This is a great opportunity for an ECT or a teacher early in their career as we offer a climate of support and professional development.
Smitham is an over-subscribed three form entry school.

The successful candidate will …
· Be committed to achieving high standards
· Be passionate about delivering quality first teaching
· Help to plan and deliver a rich curriculum that inspires and motivates pupils
· Work collaboratively and effectively within a year group team
· Recognise children’s barriers to learning and identify steps that will support children in overcoming these
· Enjoy creating an inspirational and vibrant learning environment
· Be energetic, enthusiastic and have a good sense of humour
