Job overview

West House School is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced EYFS SEN Practitioner to join the school’s EYFS department. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (or equivalent) and also be qualified and experienced in SENCO. They will be passionate about Early Years care and education.

Salary: £12.19 per hour plus annual allowance of £1,500 per annum for significant SEN duties, a total of £20,699.25 per annum.

Hours: Term-time only. 37.5 hours per week with at two late stays until 6pm with a 30-minute unpaid break each day.

Type of position: Permanent, term-time only with a requirement to work during Holiday Club for four weeks during the school holidays. Extra shifts during holiday periods will be available.

Holidays: Entitlement to 6 weeks of paid annual leave.
