EYFS Teaching Assistant

Are you an inspirational, caring teacher passionate about early childhood education? BC Academy in Dubai has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, innovative and dedicated practitioner to work with our amazing children of 1-5 years old.

Role Description

This is a full-time Teaching Assistant role located on-site in Dubai. The Teaching Assistant will work closely with teachers to prepare materials and help students during class. The Teaching Assistant will also provide administrative support to the teaching team and help with grading and record keeping.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field
• Experience working in a classroom setting as a Teaching Assistant or similar role
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take direction from teachers
• Experience with record keeping and grading
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to ongoing professional development
• Knowledge of early childhood curriculum frameworks, such as the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Fluency in English and the ability to work with students for whom English is a second language
• Experience working in an international school setting is a plus
