North East covering: Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, Newcastle and Stockton

At Nacro, we encourage our learners to learn in a way that suits them.

We’re not like school or college. We have small groups, informal workshops and offer traineeships that allow individuals to try out different jobs.

Many of our courses are hands on.

Amongst other things our learners can learn how to be a mechanic, train to be a chef or get a qualification in animal care.

Most importantly, we don’t tell our learners what to learn. We listen to them, support them in their choices and help them be who they want to be…

We are now looking to recruit a dynamic, experienced and dedicated Faculty Manager to manage and support our Education Centres in Hartlepool, Middlesborough, Newcastle and Stockton who has a passion for the work Nacro undertakes and can help us further develop our already successful Grade 2 Ofsted rated Education provision.
