Palmer’s College is a successful and independent sixth form College in Thurrock, providing excellence in education for over 2000 students aged 16-19 years. We pride ourselves on maintaining a high quality workforce to help our students reach their full potential.
We are looking to recruit a new Faculty Technician to support a range of subject areas that utilises advanced technology – that of Computer Science, IT and Music.
In addition to being confident in handling the specialist technical equipment used as part of the courses, the successful candidate will look after the equipment in the teaching classrooms, PC laboratory devoted to PC installation and setup, and the custom built semi-professional recording studio.
The successful candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in one of the three subject areas, as well as a willingness to participate in professional development to develop skills to support the other two subject areas.
