As the Founding Head of School/CEO you will lead the pre operations of the new school from setting the culture and vision, designing and developing the curriculum, recruiting and training staff, marketing and promoting the school and securing optimum enrolments.

The Profile of Candidate

The role of the Founding Head of School is key to the schools success, we require leaders who are:

• Adaptable: able to work in a dynamic, sometimes ambiguous and changing environment.
• Inspiring: able to passionately articulate the vision for the school and instill confidence in the community.
• Resilient: has the determination and drive to deliver results.

You will be a highly successful and proven leader with a track record of outstanding educational excellence, and should have current working knowledge of the American Curriculum.
