As the Principal/CEO of Al Barsha National School for Boys you will have the opportunity to set the culture and vision, design and develop the curriculum, recruit staff and students and all other pre operations required for starting a new school.

The Profile of Candidate

The role of the Founding Principal is key to the schools success, we require leaders who are:

• Emotionally Intelligent: able to develop and lead the project through intuitive relationships.
• Adaptable: able to work in a dynamic, sometimes ambiguous and changing environment.
• Inspiring: able to passionately articulate the vision for the school and instill confidence in the community.
• Resilient: has the determination and drive to deliver results.

You will be a highly successful and proven leader with a track record of outstanding educational excellence and should have current working knowledge of the National Curriculum for England. A speaker of Arabic would be an advantage but not essential.
