You will lead on the development, updating, implementation and monitoring of the School Effectiveness Strategy and related policies and plans, ensuring all key partners and stakeholders understand their role in delivering them.

Leading the Achievement Service, you will ensure challenge and support to education settings in line with statutory legislation. You will ensure the continuing development and sustainability of local strategic partnerships for education, including the Middlesbrough Achievement Partnership in order to maximise their impact on attainment and achieve the Council vision of all schools to be outstanding in 5 years.
