Rose Hill is an independent co-educational prep school for children aged 3-13 based in the beautiful town of Tunbridge Wells. It is an inspiring place to learn: a warm, caring school with inspirational teachers, an enriching curriculum, first class facilities and creative indoor and outdoor learning spaces.

A modern school rich with tradition, we offer a rare mix: academic excellence; sporting achievement; exceptional pastoral care and the freedom to explore the creative arts. Set in 15 acres of grass and woodland, the school has countryside on its doorstep and yet Tunbridge Wells town centre is just five minutes away.

With 300 pupils, everyone knows each other well. All the faces in the corridor are familiar and every teacher knows every pupil.  This friendly and supportive family atmosphere means that children feel happy and secure and provides them with the confidence to embrace new challenges and opportunities with gusto.

A wide spectrum of co-curricular activities, including music, art, sport, drama and design, makes it possible for every child to fulfil his or her potential, whilst the school supports and nurtures their emotional and academic growth - helping them develop the leadership skills that will play a vital part in their future lives.

Expectations are high and pupils are encouraged to make the most of every day. Together, pupils, teachers and staff apply themselves with enormous energy to create a truly stimulating environment for learning.

We are proud of the achievements of all our pupils across a wide academic spectrum.
