Location: The Deaf Centre at Darrick Wood School
The Sensory Support Service in Bromley is seeking to appoint a Head of Base at the Deaf Centre at Darrick Wood School.
This is a full-time post although a job share would be considered. To start June 2024 or September 2024.
We require a qualified Teacher of the Deaf who can demonstrate the required skills and competences. BSL (British Sign language) qualifications (minimum level 2) are also required.
This post offers an exciting opportunity for anyone who is committed to D/deaf Education and raising the achievements of Deaf Children and Young People.
For an exceptional candidate, we would consider a Qualified Teacher with SEND and Management experience who is willing to train as a Teacher of the Deaf (ToD). This is a unique opportunity for enhancing professional development in a new field. Salary is according to qualifications.
