Head of Chemistry
Responsibilities include:
- Progress and attainment in Biology across KS3-5.
- Auditing and improving current schemes of work in Biology.
- Development and improvement of IB Biology programme.
- Teacher subject knowledge development in Biology, including leading on teachers’ IB Biology qualifications.
- Robust planning for new GCSE specification for progression from Y7 to 11.
- Co-ordinating Biology trips across Y7-8.
- Mock result analysis and content of subsequent interventions
