An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enterprising strategic leader of music and drama who can take forward the cultural offer for children and young people in the London Borough of Redbridge.

The Council has a dynamic and forward thinking Children’s Services which works in true partnership with its community of highly successful schools to achieve academic excellence. In addition to this significant relationships have been built with key stakeholders that have a national profile and an interest in providing a cultural offer to children and young people.

There is excellent music and drama provision provided through Children’s Service. The Music Service and the Drama Centre are both highly regarded and will be moving forward under your strategic leadership. If you are ready to develop the cultural offer in Redbridge then this exciting new challenge awaits.

You will be an experienced strategic manager, proficient in working in partnership with key stakeholders in schools and other arenas. You will lead on the development and implementation of music, drama and the cultural offer. Experienced in managing budgets and multidisciplinary teams you will have the opportunity to shape and influence future priorities and services.
