Salary range: £47,071 - £51,258 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

You will provide strategic direction and innovative solutions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and academic excellence within the department. Championing the development and implementation of cutting-edge educational practices and technologies to enhance learner engagement and achievement.

The Head of Department will mentor and empower a team of staff to excel in their roles, while cultivating an environment that encourages professional growth and collaboration. Collaborating with external stakeholders and industry partners to align curriculum with current trends and workforce demands, preparing our learners for success in their future endeavours

You will have a relevant degree in Maths and be a qualified teacher with experience of leadership and management of staff. We are looking for someone with the ability to inspire and engage learners and to motivate individuals to deliver high performance outcomes in an FE environment.
