This role gives an exciting opportunity to lead on ensuring that the College is at the forefront of e-Learning by actively promoting and embedding e-learning across the entire curriculum.

This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who is serious about being a key player in a diverse, pacey and stimulating organisation. You must hold the skills to produce and implement the eLearning strategy along with motivating staff in achieving high standards. You will be responsible for the implementation of the FELTAG recommendations. Knowledge or experience of teaching would be an advantage.

Communication and team work will be key to the success of this role alongside high standards and expectations of the organisation and its stakeholders.

Northampton College is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational further education college situated in Northamptonshire. It is a 16-plus institution with three campuses: a major building at its main Northampton site, a smaller campus near the town centre and another 20 miles away in Daventry. It provides places for around 9,000 students aged 16 and over, most of whom are full-time and aged 16-18.

Northampton College was opened in 1973. It merged with Daventry Tertiary College to expand its Daventry campus in August 2004, and its Booth Lane campus reopened after a large redevelopment in 2012.
