We are seeking to recruit an exceptional and inspirational person to join us from September 2015.

The College has a Careers College in Hospitality, Food and Enterprise (the first in London), which recently opened BR6, a brand new student run restaurant, it has established a new Technical Academy for 14-16 year olds, it operates a subsidiary Educational Trust that sponsors both primary and secondary schools within the Borough and recently it opened a £4.5 million Sports facility, demonstrating how the College’s offer is growing and diversifying. 

Leading on College-wide strategies for upskilling and developing our vocational staff to embed their subject responsibility into everyday curriculum, you will work closely with the Head of Core Curriculum, the Director of Quality and the Heads of Academy to ensure the very best outcomes for all of our students. 
Working with talented and committed staff, you will develop ways of inspiring our students in English and literacy.  As a key manager, you will be expected to contribute fully to the wider life of the College e.g. by supporting extra-curricular activities and working with colleagues to build inspiring and innovative approaches which engages our students and inspires student success.

Promoting a clear focus on accelerated student progress, you will ensure success in mathematics across all curriculum areas and across all levels of delivery, including basic skills, ESOL, TEFL and Functional Skills.
