We are seeking to appoint a brilliant new Head of English who’ll co-ordinate the department and prepare pupils for Scholarship and Common Entrance into the UK’s top flight public schools.

Our latest ISI inspection found both teaching and learning to be excellent. The successful applicant will build on this fantastic legacy and drive the department to ever greater results. The applicant will also be expected to be involved in sport and extra-curricular activities, which are all part of life at this thriving boarding prep school.

Cottesmore School is an award-winning academic boarding preparatory school for girls and boys between the ages of 7 and 13 on the border of Surrey and Sussex. We also have a Pre-prep on site for girls and boys aged between 4 and 8.
