We are seeking an outstanding classroom practitioner who has experience of leading and managing a team. The appointed candidate will be visionary, enthusiastic and committed to further raising the attainment of our students. They will lead the Literacy team in further enhancing the literacy provision across the School.Futures Community College is a rapidly changing and developing secondary School. We are looking for committed and passionate individuals to join our team of staff to help ensure our students achieve their potential.
