Bryanston have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Employability to start in September 2024. This exciting new role will lead on supporting our pupils in developing their creative problem-solving skills and their commercial acumen to inspire them to consider and explore employment opportunities as well as career pathways outside of further education. Inspired by Bryanston’s recently launched Education Strategy, we aim to place Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the heart of a Bryanston Education.

Responsibilities will include leading and working with the recently devised E&I Advisory Board and managing our ‘Seed Fund’ which we aim to use to support our pupils and recent school leavers with start-up capital. The successful candidate will also lead our employability pathway, with responsibility for building apprenticeship links and lead on the E&I co-curricular programme.

We are seeking a candidate who will be able to work with autonomy, develop positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and flourish in a lively and demanding atmosphere.

About Bryanston School

Bryanston is an independent boarding and day school for boys and girls aged 3 to 18, set in a beautiful 400-acre site near Blandford Forum in Dorset. It includes Bryanston Prep School, a co-educational day and boarding prep school in the neighbouring village of Durweston.
