About Regent's International School, Bangkok

Regent's International School, Bangkok is a well-known and regarded international school based in the Thai capital, Bangkok. Founded by prominent educator and leader, Dr. Virachai Techavijit in the 1990's, Regent's has become one of the most popular schools in the region and is rooted in its Thai and British heritage as well as international philosophy.

The school delivers a locally appropriate adjusted version of the British Curriculum with students taking International IGCSEs at the age of 16 before most participate in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) from 16 to 18. There are around 700 students across the school, with around half in the Secondary School. The school enjoys well-maintained facilities which are purpose built. The Secondary section is well supported and benefits from an excellent team of (mostly British) teachers and support staff.

In addition to our high quality day provision, the school offers Boarding provision for both Thai and International students on a separate campus a short distance from the school. We currently have around 85 boarders from Year 4 to Year 13.

  • Similarly, experience of the accreditation process with the Council of International Schools (CIS) would be beneficial.

The package and benefits will be in line with experience and qualifications. More information will be provided to interested candidates and includes:

  • Family accommodation provided on the boarding campus
  • Access to professional development opportunities
  • 100% scholarship on school fees for up to two dependents

Closing date for applications: Friday, 17th May 2024.

Interviews will be conducted by Skype or Google Meet. Early applications are encouraged as strong candidates may be interviewed and an appointment made prior to the closing date.
