The position starts at the beginning of Term 3 in New Zealand which is 27 July 2015.

Huanui College is a relatively new Independent Year 7 - 13 co-ed College in the outskirts of Whangarei, Northland on the way to the beautiful Tutukaka Coast, location of world famous sub-tropical diving as well as surfing and other water sports.

Whangarei is 160km north of Auckland.

In its short 5 year history Huanui College has garnered a reputation as a top academic as well as sporting and cultural school.

Huanui College offers Cambridge International Examinations. The ability to teach to GCSE, AS and A2 level will be a pre-requisite for this position.

We are looking for an enthusiastic outgoing person with management aspirations who is keen to be part of a growing school. The students are motivated to learn and the class sizes are small.

The position will involve teaching History to A level, Classics to AS and also junior Year 7 - 10 Social Studies.There may be an opportunity to teach IGCSE Geography for the right applicant.
