Kingston and Sutton Educational Partnership Ltd (KSEP) provides support services and executive management functions to Carshalton College and Kingston College, and is jointly owned by both colleges. The Federation between Carshalton and Kingston College enables key corporate, quality and learner services to be provided to both colleges in a more efficient way.

The colleges provide an extensive range of programmes and offer sustainable and high-quality education opportunities for the communities they serve in Kingston, Sutton and the surrounding areas.

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Information Development to join us. This role will require you to travel between the Kingston and Carshalton College sites.

As a Head of Information Development you will be responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of information necessary to monitor Federation members against various strategic and operational (non HR and Financial) targets and objectives. Overseeing the effective development and use of quality monitoring systems, you will have a responsibility for the technical and curriculum aspects of the annual planning process, as well as the timely availability of appropriate systems, processes and reports.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate that they have the potential to develop the full range of skills required in relation to the utilisation of systems, data and reporting tools, in order to present key performance information. You will have good experience of the workings within FE and be able to analyse and understand information and its implications, undertaking corrective actions or making recommendations where appropriate. The ability to coach, advise and support and to produce and analyse data is essential as is having the ability to work well individually and as part of a team.

With highly developed communication and prioritisation skills, you will be results focussed and able to resolve problems effectively. Excellent IT skills are essential and experience of staff management is desired.
