We are looking for a talented Teacher with the right experience and potential to play a key role in the future growth of our school. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the leadership and development of our Key Stage 2 Department, as well as responsibility for leading an aspect of school improvement. This position is non-class based.

Applications are invited from outstanding teachers with a proven track record of leading improvements in Primary. The ability to inspire, motivate and lead others is essential, as is the ambition and drive to achieve the very highest standards. You will need to have a positive outlook, good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Relevant teaching qualification: minimum of a BEd or BA/BSc + PGCE/QTS
• Good working knowledge of the latest UK practice and the new National Curriculum of England
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a Senior or Middle Leadership role, preferably in the UK

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Contracts are for two years in the first instance and include: tax free salary, furnished accommodation or allowance, medical insurance, flights, visa costs and gratuity.
