Do you enjoy working in a dynamic environment where you can make a meaningful impact? Are you passionate about leading, developing and promoting an inclusive culture? If so, we are seeking an experienced human resources leader to join our Trust as Head of People & Culture.
Laidlaw Schools Trust is a multi-academy trust serving communities in the North East of England. We currently provide extraordinary education to nine nursery, primary and secondary schools in Newcastle, Wearside and Sedgefield and we are set to grow further!
We are looking for a strategic and collaborative individual who will bring passion and energy to our Trust. You will need to be commercially minded, brave in decision making and ambitious to achieve more than you thought was possible.
You will have the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and support the Trusts goals. You will be responsible for supporting and overseeing the people management of c1000 employees across the Trust including leading and developing the central people and culture team.
