HEAD OF PERSONAL AND EMOTIONAL DEVELOPMENT – JERSEY COLLEGE FOR GIRLS, JERSEY

Salary: MPS + SA2 (see States of Jersey pay scale in information booklet attached)

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dynamic teacher with a passion and vision for students’ personal growth and fulfilment to deliver a planned programme of learning through which students acquire the knowledge, understanding and skills they need to manage healthy lifestyles now and in the future in addition to teaching their own specialism to Years 7 through to A level.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and inspirational classroom practitioner to become an integral part of our Student Support Team. You will be an experienced teacher with a deep understanding of, and empathy for, the challenges facing young people in contemporary society wishing to assume more responsibility and to contribute to whole school initiatives.
