This is an exciting opportunity to lead a rapidly developing and ambitious school in the Warm Heart of Africa. We follow the Cambridge International Primary Programme and the English National Curriculum, along with the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Mount View Primary School requires an experienced senior manager to take on the role of Head Teacher. The type of leader required will need to be dynamic, visionary, patient and have a sense of humour. They will need to have demonstrated that they can plan and carry out new initiatives and support the training needs of the staff.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate that they are:
- An excellent primary practitioner who is able to lead by example.
- A strong team player.
- Able to adapt to new situations quickly.
- Able to support staff from a range of backgrounds.
The package includes:
- Initially a two year contract
- Flights at the beginning and end of contract
- US $ 4,000.00 to 4,500.00
- Medical (including dental)
- Housing
- Utilities
- Car
- 15% gratuity on the completion of a two year contract
