• The strongest possible teaching and learning practice and experience, both in the classroom and as leaders;
• Command of Teaching and Learning Management, including Assessment processes, staff appraisal and development;
• A committed and practising Catholic
• Leadership in Religious Education;
• Curriculum innovation and the ability to work with colleagues and external partners to develop the richest possible experience for children;
• The ability to lead the Senior Leadership Team, with staff, children, parents and a range of external school partners.
