We are searching for an outstanding Head of School for Gosberton Primary Academy in Lincolnshire. You will have an excellent track record in school improvement. Gosberton Academy is a member of the Phoenix Family of Schools Multi-Academy Trust. We are a unique group including Park Academy, Fishtoft Academy and Boston Pioneers Free School that exists to provide education of the highest possible standard. We strive to constantly explore new and better ways to deliver teaching and learning that will enable our children to flourish on entry to school and take with them the necessary skills and knowledge to Secondary education and beyond.

Your responsibilities will include:

• monitoring and evaluating the quality of teaching and learning as well as the standards achieved by the pupils
• setting realistic yet challenging targets for pupil improvement
• leading and maintaining the agreed educational direction for the school
• ensuring a rich environment and a relevant curriculum to promote successful teaching and learning and high standards of achievement

You will be a highly gifted and creative leader with clear focus and vision. The successful applicant will join a team of dedicated school leaders who work together effectively across the Trust to ensure best outcomes for our children.
