An exceptional opportunity has arisen to assist our newly appointed Executive Headteacher in further shaping and developing two exceptional schools with a progressive teaching and learning agenda.

We are a group of welcoming Church of England primary schools based in rural South Lincolnshire. We encourage a ‘can do’ attitude, a thirst for life-long learning and a pride in each other’s skills and attributes.

You should be an inspirational leader with a strong commitment to raising attainment and taking our schools on its journey to Good and beyond. You will combine a vision and energy for children’s education with the focus and drive needed for whole school management. You will work with the Inclusion Manager to lead, develop and support effective practice for pupils with particular learning needs (G&T, SEN, EAL) across both sites.

• Be a skilled and experienced teacher with exemplary classroom practice.
• Have understanding and experience of supporting the learning of pupils with the full range of abilities and needs and a strong track record in making an impact on their progress.
• Be able to lead, motivate and inspire others to achieve excellence.
• Have excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.
• Be up to date with the recent changes to SEND Code of Practice.
