Applications are invited from an ambitious Head of School to build positive relationships to bring about improvements. The Head of School will work collaboratively with the Executive Headteacher to plan, implement and deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for pupils. More importantly we are looking for an experienced practitioner with a wealth of school improvement experience and knowledge across all Primary phases.

We are looking for a Christian leader who can lead by example and from experience that they will work to ensure that the school is run in line with the vision and values of the Trust.

The successful candidate will have, successful teaching experience and experience of leading within a specific key stage, evidence of successful planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating school improvement and knowledge of the characteristics of effective schools and strategies for raising standards.
