Fixed Term contract for two years

Our school is a thriving oversubscribed community school which has been in a successful soft federation since May 2014. Our current Head of School has been successful in securing a headship and we are now looking to recruit a new head of school for September 2015. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the Executive Head Teacher to continue the school’s exciting journey towards excellence. 

You are:

• A driven Deputy Headteacher with a proven track record of effective school improvement.
• An ambitious leader who is looking to become a Head Teacher in the next 2-3 years.
• Looking for an opportunity to take your existing skills and experience to the next level, working with an inspirational Executive Head Teacher who will provide a range of high quality coaching and mentoring. 
• A strong leader who is committed to raising standards
• A caring, compassionate leader who is committed to the welfare or our children and staff and would enjoy being part of our community
• An innovative leader with fresh ideas and the ability to excite staff, children, parents and carers to give their very best
