Values and vision

Halesowen College aims to give students a sense of personal responsibility for their own education. It believes that this is a necessary part of becoming an adult, and that it is excellent practice for university life and the working world.

The college also believes in giving back to the community, through activities such as litter picking in the parks, raising money for local charities, and collecting for the Black Country Food Bank.

Ofsted report

"The college’s response to meeting the needs and interests of learners and employers and its approach to educational and social inclusion are outstanding. The very good range of courses includes an increasing amount of relevant vocational courses and Train to Gain provision. Many learners from areas of high deprivation progress well within the college and to higher education."
