Required Oak Lodge School is an Outstanding (OfSTED 2012) residential provision for deaf and language impaired students aged 10-19. The school follows a student-centred multi-modal approach to communication. We are looking for highly motivated teachers who will work as part of a team committed to raising the achievements of all our pupils. Above all you will need to be capable of using your initiative and creating ways to empower pupils to achieve. Our children communicate in a variety of ways: BSL, SSE and spoken English.
