Are you an experienced, dynamic and collaborative Secondary Headteacher looking for an international challenge? Is your experience in British education rooted in outstanding practice and outcomes for young people? Kings' Education is looking for a Secondary leader to join our successful, dynamic team and help to take us into the next phase of development of our new schools.

Kings' Education has recently expanded from one to three schools and the Executive Leadership Team are committed to ensuring that the new schools maintain and develop the outstanding provision established over the last 10 years in the founding school. Kings' Schools are proud of their bespoke, creative, concept-based approaches to the Early Years, Primary and Key Stage 3 curriculum, which is rooted in the English National Curriculum and adapted to embrace the rich culture, history and traditions of the UAE, whilst developing each student as an individual.

The new Secondary Headteacher will work with existing leaders to further develop our cutting edge practice.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Professional gravitas
  • Successful Secondary headship experience of at least 3 years
  • Educational expertise and a proven track record of developing and sustaining the highest academic standards
  • Ability and expertise to lead strategically as part of the Kings' Executive Leadership Team
  • A cultural understanding and ethos to lead staff and students to continually strive for excellence
  • A belief in and a commitment to leading with emotional intelligence
