We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and collaborative Head of Secondary School for Raffles International School - an international school in Dubai. RIS offers the Montessori Programme at KG with integrated Cambridge Primary (CP) at KG2. The Junior School offers the Cambridge Primary(CP) curriculum and the secondary school offers the Cambridge Secondary 1 (CS1).
Your experience in British and or International Baccalaureate schools with outstanding practice and outcomes for young learners, is key in securing this role.

The successful candidate will have:
- Educational Expertise
- Successful Secondary headship experience of at least 3 years, preferably in an international school
- A proven track record of developing and sustaining the highest academic standards
- Ability to lead strategically as part of the Senior Leadership Team
- A cultural understanding and ethos to motivate staff and students to continually strive for excellence
