East Sussex County Council is recruiting experienced primary leaders who will make a significant contribution to school improvement.

Based in the beautiful county of East Sussex, the Standards and Learning Effectiveness Service offers school improvement and training opportunities to a wide range of schools, academies, colleges and settings. You will need to have a proven track-record of delivering excellent outcomes in a range of primary schools.

The position will provide an exciting opportunity for the right candidates to provide leadership for school improvement across the county. The main focus of the role will be to secure improvement in educational outcomes and ensure every child and young person attends a school or setting that is good or better.
