Our pupils achieve excellence in academic, extra-curricular and personal development outcomes as a result of our focus on the holistic growth of the individual in this all-through school from 2-18.

We are looking for a dynamic, forward thinking and innovative primary practitioner, with proven experience of effective school leadership and a track record of raising achievement against aspirational targets, who is excited by the opportunity to work both as Head of the Junior School (EYFS to KS2), and as part of the wider senior leadership team to realize our Free School vision, and shape the expanding Junior School experience and team, as we journey to ‘outstanding’.

The successful candidate will have a proven record of high expectations and achievement of staff and students in academic and extra-curricular personal development.
