ECMAT and the Local Advisory Board are seeking to appoint an experienced, committed and enthusiastic Head Teacher to this diverse and inclusive welcoming Academy. This is an ideal opportunity for a talented, innovative individual to lead this Academy into an exciting new phase as a member of Education Central Multi Academy Trust, University of Wolverhampton. We are a two form entry primary academy with a nursery class on one site. Work has now commenced on the much awaited New Build at the Academy which is due to finish by September 2016. The Academy is situated in the heart of the Shard End area of Birmingham which serves a multi-cultural diverse community.
We are looking for a Head Teacher who will:
- Have proven leadership experience throughout the primary phases and early years
- Lead the school forward with a visionary approach, having the drive and commitment to raise standards
- Place every child at the centre of their thinking
- Inspire and challenge staff in a professional and supportive way
- Be consistently passionate, maintaining a positive approach
- Be creative, encouraging success and independence
- Engage with staff, pupils, parents and the wider community, inspiring them to achieve their best.
