ECMAT and the Local Advisory Board are seeking to appoint an experienced, highly motivated, committed and enthusiastic Head Teacher to this inclusive, popular and welcoming Academy. This is an ideal opportunity for a talented individual to lead the Academy into an exciting new phase as a member of Education Central Multi Academy Trust, University of Wolverhampton. We are a two form entry primary academy with a nursery class and day care all on one large, well maintained site. We are located in the South of Birmingham within easy access of main commuter routes.

We are looking for a Head Teacher who will:

  • Have proven leadership experience throughout the primary phases and early years.
  • Lead and motivate staff, pupils and parents.
  • Place every child at the centre of their thinking.
  • Inspire and challenge staff in a professional and supportive way.
  • Be consistently passionate and have a WE C.A.N approach.
  • Be creative with great interpersonal skills.
  • Be part of OUR team.
