Head Teacher

An inspirational leader is required for a successful community school with a 0.2 teaching commitment.

The Children, Staff and Governors of Rawcliffe Primary School wish to appoint an inspirational, dynamic, highly motivated leader to replace our retiring Head Teacher. Our last Ofsted inspection rated us as “Good with Outstanding elements”. We would like someone who can lead us to a full “Outstanding” rating. We are looking for a strategic thinker, a highly effective communicator and a passionate advocate for our small primary school in rural East Riding of Yorkshire.

Our school vision focuses on outstanding teaching, developing happy and motivated learners, and taking a leading role in the community. We pride ourselves on fostering a love of learning through challenge and collaboration, where everyone is encouraged to try new things and fulfill their potential.
