A New School for Harrow
Friendly, inspiring and innovative new school seeks likeminded individual to be their first Head Teacher.
Supported by a fantastic partner school and working with an extremely committed board of Governors, the successful candidate will lead the UK’s first co-operative primary free school successfully through its pre-opening OFSTED, ready for welcoming the first children in September 2016.
The right candidate will share the vision and ethos of the school and be ready to create an outstanding and trailblazing community that gives every child the skills, security and self-belief to be the inspiring individuals of tomorrow.
We anticipate successful candidates will:
- Have significant leadership experience, either as a Head or Deputy.
- Ideally have experience teaching EYFS and KS1
- Enjoy the challenge of working in a diverse community, and be able to build a school that can meet the individual needs of every child.
- Demonstrate an infectious passion for life and the wider world.
- Be able to balance being collaborative and inclusive with inspiring trust and ensuring excellence through strong leadership.
