Head Teacher

Launcelot Primary School is a vibrant, diverse and forward thinking school where everyone is dedicated and committed to ensuring our children have access to an exciting and challenging curriculum. Judged to be a Good school, we wish to appoint a head teacher who can build on the successes and lead the school on its continuing journey to outstanding.

We are aiming for this school to be the Centre of the local community, a beacon of learning ensuring it is the first school of choice for parents and children in this area of Lewisham.

We are looking for a head teacher who:

• Has a vision for the school's future with the skills to effectively communicate this to all stakeholders and to make this vision come true;
• Has real passion for children's learning,can enthuse and encourage staff to achieve the highest standards, so that all can maximize their opportunities;
• Can lead by example, with a good sense of humour, and high emotional intelligence;
• Can work with parents to engage them fully in the life of the school.
