The Governors are looking to appoint a passionate highly motivated, forward thinking Leader with an ability to build on the recent Ofsted judgement that the school is ‘Good’ in all areas.

• A proven track record of raising pupil achievement
• Be fully aware of the importance and accountability in administering the high numbers of pupil premium funding our school receives.
• Show a commitment to high standards of learning and behaviour within the caring ethos of the school and have an appreciation of the needs and ability of a diverse range of children and families
• Someone who will continue to support, promote and enhance pastoral care in the school
