Springfields is a special academy with residential provision for pupils with high functioning autistic spectrum disorder and/or complex emotional and social difficulties. We prepare many of our 95 pupils that have complex additional needs for independent adult life.
We need an inclusive and decisive leader to take us forward. You will have a strong track record of whole-school leadership with the ability to establish strategic direction and grow our primary provision. Sympathetic and consultative, you will have proven integrity and will cherish real ambition for pupils. Nurturing our culture of respect, care and ambition will be key.
This is a great opportunity to build on our successes and meet the needs of some of society's most vulnerable young people.
