The Governing Body of Lancing College invites applications for the post of Head for September 2025, following the appointment of Mr Dominic Oliver to the headship of Oundle School after ten years of outstanding service. 

Lancing College is a leading co-educational independent boarding and day school in West Sussex, which offers a dynamic and exciting journey of discovery and inspiration. The Senior School stands in hundreds of acres of idyllic countryside, with approximately 600 pupils aged 13-18. Also in the Lancing family of schools are two prep schools; situated in Hove, with around 300 pupils aged 3-13, and in Worthing with around 220 pupils, aged 2-13. Little Lancing Day Nursery & Forest School, founded in 2019, offers day care for children aged 2 months to 5 years. 

The College aims to promote the Christian values which lie at its heart, providing a holistic education that nurtures pupils’ intellectual, moral and physical development, with an emphasis on curiosity and independence of thought.
