Headteacher

After 11 successful years, our current Headteacher is moving on to manage a federation of schools. From September 2015 we are seeking to appoint an exceptional and inspirational leader who can take our school from “Good to Outstanding.”

We are looking for:

• The ability to motivate and inspire the highest standard of teaching and learning
• Have a proven track record as an outstanding practitioner in either key stage 1 or key stage 2 in your career to date
• Someone who is willing to retain some teaching responsibilities
• Be a visible and approachable communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Can nurture positive relationships with children, staff, parents/carers and governors
• Build on existing relationships with our local community
• A leader who can continue to work sensitively in a small village school
• To lead and develop the Christian values and ethos of the school
