We are looking for a Head Teacher who can:-

  • Lead our dedicated team of teachers, classroom assistants and other support staff.
  • Maintain and build the Islamic ethos of this Voluntary Aided School, being supportive of the beliefs and ideals of Islam.
  • Develop a sustained culture of success and raise aspirations by inspiring children
  • Demonstrate a love of teaching and be highly visible with an approachable and inclusive leadership style.

As the Headteacher of our VA school, the successful candidate will have an outstanding track record as a senior leader in a variety of contexts, driving improvement and raising attainment to ensure success for all. Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to working in partnership with staff, pupils, parents, governors and the wider community, will also be required.
