After 12 years of dedicated and committed service, our much respected Headteacher has resigned to pursue new and fresh challenges elsewhere.

Preferred job commencement September 2015 (or January 2016 if necessary to secure the right candidate)

Group 3 Salary: Up to L24 (Willing to pay up to an additional 25% discretionary payment for exceptional candidates subject to proven experience and qualifications)

We are a two form entry Church of England Primary School with a fantastic staff team and community situated in the London Borough of Brent, committed to serving children’s education and well-being.

The Governors wish to appoint a new Headteacher who:

  • has the passion and commitment to lead the school to become an outstanding school after our last ‘Good’ OFSTED (January 2012) 
  • has high aspirations for all pupils
  • is committed to maintain and further develop the Christian ethos of the school
  • shares the school's inclusive and nurturing ethos
  • has a proven record of successful leadership experience
  • is an exemplary classroom practitioner
  • demonstrates excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • has the vision and ability to build on the existing strengths of the school
  • is able to work closely with the Governing Body in raising standards and developing teaching and learning

Princess Frederica (or ‘Freds’, as we are known locally) is a two-form entry CE VA Primary School situated at the heart of Kensal Rise – a vibrant, diverse community in North West London.
